Ebiquity to expand its offering with proposed Xtreme & TMC deals

Ebiquity plc, the AIM-listed media and marketing analytics company, today announces plans to join forces with international advertising and media intelligence group, Xtreme Information Services Ltd. At the same time Ebiquity also plans to acquire media monitoring company TMC (Thomson Media Control GmbH KG) in Germany, in which Ebiquity currently holds a 50% interest.

The transactions will bring together the leading international players in media analytics and advertising intelligence to form what will become an unrivalled global business. Ebiquity’s already strong international client offering will be enhanced by the addition of international advertising monitoring capabilities and competitive insight.

In the UK Ebiquity owns Billetts Media Monitoring which helps marketers to track, analyse and respond to their competitors’ advertising across all channels, while Xtreme Information allows advertisers to do the same internationally. In addition, Ebiquity has a growing global network under the Billetts brand, helping brand owners to continually improve their media and marketing ROI. At present they have offices in 11 countries and a wider global network of partners.
